I suggest posting another essay, as clear and helpful as this one, on “Estimating Fees.” How much should buyers and sellers anticipate having to pay for the lawyer, the appraiser, etc. (Perhaps From the Stoop has already covered this, and I missed it.)

“What Happens Now” is really clear and helpful. Is there a way to alert buyers and sellers about what they will probably be paying for the lawyers and appraisers? Maybe From the Stoop already has a posting on “Estimating Fees.” If not, this could be a good topic.
