I couldn&#039;t agree with you more on this point. One of the deciding factors in buying our apartment was talking to people who lived/worked on our street in Prospect Heights. It was pretty easy since in our many trips to view the apartment people inevitably talked to us. They were so friendly that I am convinced it was one of the small, yet significant, factors that caused us to pluck up the courage to buy our home.

Since then, we have found that not everyone on our street is an angel! But the general atmosphere is wonderful. And we couldn&#039;t be happier.
