I found Jim’s page and had a burning question that I needed answered so I called him up. Not only was he available, he was helpful, wise, and cheerful! Thanks Jim for your advice. I really appreciate that you were there for me. If you have any real estate questions, Jim is the person to ask.

I also found Jim’s blog and called him with a real estate question. Jim took the time to talk to me at length about my issue and gave me very good advice. I appreciated his candor and insights.
